In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and performing at their best. Your hands-on mechanical skills and automotive knowledge will help deliver exceptional service while maintaining a fast-paced, energetic work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and customer service within a dealership or automotive repair setting. Duties Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct wheel alignments to optimize vehicle handling and tire longevity Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and brake inspections to support overall vehicle health Diagnose tire-related issues through automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical inspection Assist customers with selecting the right tires and provide knowledgeable recommendations to support sales efforts Maintain cleanliness of work area, organize tools, and ensure all equipment is in proper working order Lift heavy tires and wheels safely during service procedures while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Dealership experience or previous work in an automotive repair environment is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics Hands-on experience with tire service, wheel alignments, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance tasks Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or removal tasks Service technician experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude Basic understanding of automotive service procedures and safety standards Join our team to accelerate your career in the automotive industry!
