Our customer base includes OEMs, auto dealerships, collision shops, insurance companies, third party administrators, extended warranty providers, tire retailers, rental companies, auto auctions, and auto repair centers, and the general public. - promotable positions Great working environment 401(k) with 4% match Base Salary $52,000 per year plus 20% weekly paid commission for an average income range of $52,000 to $100,000 plus The Mobile Wheel Repair Technician will operate out of a Mobile Reconditioning Facility (MRF) and service car dealerships, used car lots, collision shops, tire stores, auto auctions, and car rental agencies

We are seeking candidates that are mechanically inclined and have a desire for something more! Job Responsibilities:
Paint surfaces of wheels using spray-painting equipment, power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation and painting techniques Inspect wheels to be painted for repair, prepping and/or buffing defects Mix to specified color using standard formulas or color charts Sand, mask, blend, and polish finish. Apply or retouch paint as necessary Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., provide technical assistance to helpers, orient and train new employees, etc. May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate Operate a route vehicle as needed which includes loading and unloading wheels, organization & customer service.Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of auto prep or painting experience required and/or collision repair technical school training Mechanical skills Self-starter and can work independently Great organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication skills; must be able to sell our services Clean driving record We firmly believe that our company is only as good as the people we employ.
