Position Overview:

We are hiring a Tire Technician & Customer Service/Sales Associate with hands-on experience in wheels and tires. This role involves both shop work and customer interaction, helping clients choose the right products while ensuring professional installation and service.

Responsibilities:

Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels Perform tire repairs and inspections Assist customers in selecting wheels, tires, and related products Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Maintain a clean and organized work area Handle basic inventory and shop tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience with tire mounting, balancing, and wheel fitment Knowledge of different tire brands, sizes, and wheel specifications Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with aftermarket wheels and performance setups Sales experience in automotive or tire industry Familiarity with TPMS systems

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
