Tire Technician

Tire Technician Westcan Bulk Transport Location:

Sarnia The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport - KAG Canada! Westcan is currently seeking a Tire Technician to join our team.

Shift:

Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day. 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

About the position:

Managing tire program out of Sarnia branch including shipping and receiving of all branch tires Removing and installing tires Rotating tires to increase tread wear Retorquing wheel nuts from all Branch units as needed from previous repairs Yard checks Track test tires Repairing and issuing tire chains Performing hose tests on fuel, LPG, NH3 Performing air checks & Torques Maintaining a safe and clean work area What you bring: 1-2 years of commercial or fleet tire experience is preferred Safety conscious approach to all job duties
