Job Description
Tire Technician Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire services to ensure the safety and performance of our customers' ag equipment and vehicles. You will be working with new and modern equipment. Full time and part time positions available. Competitive wages, depending on experience and age. Paid Vacation/sick time. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs on various types of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tires and provide recommendations for replacements or repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain and repair vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Qualifications Must be able to lift 50lbs. A strong work ethic required, experience with tire service techniques and equipment and/or vehicle maintenance is preferred. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to automotive repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
