Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch tire services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are road-ready and performing at their best. Your mechanical skills and automotive knowledge will be key in delivering efficient service while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Install, rotate, and repair tires with precision and care using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose tire-related problems using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge. Assist customers with tire selections, explaining options and recommending solutions based on their needs. Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and wheels during service procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Experience in automotive service including tire service Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for tire installation and repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Familiarity with dealership or heavy vehicle maintenance is a plus. Service technician experience or mechanic background is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
