Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Tire Technician, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing commercial vehicle tires and related automotive systems. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring safety, performance, and reliability on the road. As a key member of our service team, you will utilize your mechanical skills and automotive knowledge to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers. Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, repairs, and balancing on commercial trucks, passenger vehicles, and heavy-duty vehicles using hand tools and power tools. Conduct wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity. Assist with vehicle inspections, diagnosing issues related to tires, brakes, suspension, and other mechanical components. Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and general mechanical repairs. Operate heavy lifting equipment safely to handle large tires and vehicle components during service procedures. Provide excellent customer service. Requirements Previous automotive repair background preferred; hands-on mechanic experience is highly valued. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience with tire service including mounting, balancing, and repair techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment required for daily tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and team members. Knowledge of automotive systems such as brakes, suspension, alignment, and oil change procedures. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; dealership or service technician experience is a plus. Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
