Qualifications Applicants should possess strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Mechanical background Valid Driver's License

• Inspect and assess tire conditions (tread wear, valve integrity, overall shape of tire)
• Inspect and assess tire rim conditions (ensure there are no dents/cracks on rim that would prevent the "bead" from sealing
• Repair or replace damaged tires (worn, punctured, faulty valves, leaks, etc.)
• Check tire pressure on all equipment present in the yard/shop to make sure that it's compliant to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain inventory (tire, tools, materials) and ensure equipment is in working order
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Make supply runs when needed
• Assist warehouse/dispatch when needed and appropriate
• Ad hoc services
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical Stamina (be able to stand for long periods of time, able to lift 50lbs, able to crouch multiple times a day, able to work in most weather conditions)
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
