We're looking for motivated Tire Technicians ready to turn wrenches with the best of them and hit the ground rolling in the best shop in North Dakota. Who We Are Looking For You can handle a torque wrench and a tricky customer conversation. You can spot a bald tire from across the shop, and know exactly how to get that car road-ready again. Whether it's mounting, balancing, diagnosing, or fixing, you're someone who takes pride in doing the job right, and doing it safely. For us, it's not about the skills you bring. Job Duties Mount, dismount, rotate, balance and fix flat tires. Conduct general safety inspections. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Safely operate vehicle lifts, tire machines, floor jacks and stands. Conduct inspection process utilizing technology and following established standards. Communicate inspection results with all team members as directed for customer work approval. Note all safety concerns. Performs to the highest industry standards specified duties as determined by customer sales work order. Deliver on all promises made to the customer. Jump in to complete other shop duties as assigned - we're always moving and never bored. Experience & Requirements:

Automotive or technical environment experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record In-person role; must be located near the job site We are willing to train the right individuals!

Part Time:

15-25 hours per week. Ability to flex hours based on seasonal need. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and other scheduled shifts, varied between 7:00am - 7:30pm.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Very heavy work - Exerting more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
