Job Description

Overnight Tire Technician Seeking a motivated and dependable Overnight Tire Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of a fleet of diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty equipment. This position is responsible for ensuring fleet vehicles remain safe, road-ready, and operating at peak performance through tire inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. What You'll Do Inspect commercial truck, trailer, and heavy equipment tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns Perform tire repairs, replacements, mounting, balancing, and related service work Monitor and maintain proper tire inflation to maximize tire life and vehicle performance Conduct routine tire rotations and preventative maintenance activities Respond to emergency tire service needs, including roadside assistance when necessary Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records Identify and communicate tire, wheel, or vehicle concerns to maintenance leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including shop areas and wash bays Care for and properly maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles Follow all company safety standards, policies, and procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience servicing commercial truck, fleet, agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment tires preferred Basic understanding of diesel trucks and heavy-duty vehicle systems is beneficial Ability to safely operate tire-changing equipment, balancing machines, and service tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during overnight shifts Dependable attendance and a strong safety mindset Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle heavy commercial truck tires and related equipment Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to work in both indoor shop environments and outdoor weather conditions Capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced maintenance setting Why Join?
