Tire Technician Position Summary The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed and maintaining shop inventory, product, tools and equipment. Service Specialists are generally offered as a full-time position offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($13-$16 per hour + Shop Bonus Opportunity) as well as future growth potential. We also offer, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays. Requirements /
Responsibilities:
Would prefer 1 year experience in: Ability to mount, balance & install tires & wheels Use of tire and balancing machines Front end steering and suspension repair Alignments Meeting shop targets/goals Strong verbal communication skills
Additionally:
Overseeing all activity in the installation shop Place product and supply orders Check-in delivered merchandise Label merchandise with item numbers Organize delivered merchandise Handle "Return to Vendor" merchandise when necessary Identify and properly tag all returned products Clean and maintain returned products Maintain an organized inventory system Control parts spending Must be able to lift and organize heavy product
Other Requirements:
Valid state driver license with a clean driving history Pass drug screen and background check Flexible work schedule Stand for long periods of time Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs Professional Proficiency in English Able to work in
