This position involves both roadside service and in-shop tire work on commercial trucks and trailers. We are a 24/7 operation, so applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations . If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Perform roadside tire service on commercial trucks and trailers. Mount, dismount, repair, and replace commercial truck and trailer tires. Diagnose tire failures and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Inspect wheels, hubs, valve stems, and related components. Operate tire service equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized service truck and work area. Complete work orders accurately and communicate with dispatch. Provide professional customer service at every job site. Follow all company safety procedures and DOT guidelines. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy truck tires and perform physically demanding work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Preferred Qualifications Previous roadside service experience. Basic mechanical knowledge of commercial trucks and trailers. Experience using commercial tire changing equipment.
