This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your mechanical skills, assist with vehicle maintenance and other shop duties, and contribute to a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Whether you're just starting out or bringing previous automotive experience, this role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career. Responsibilities Assist with tire services for both Semi and 1-ton Pickup tires, including but not limited to, mounting/dismounting, patching/plugging/repairing, and changing. Help with oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic mechanical repairs to ensure vehicles are running smoothly Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including tool management, parts inventorying, and safety compliance Perform heavy lifting of tires and vehicle parts safely to support service operations Various shop tasks such as work around the yard, yard maintenance and organization, stickering new dumpsters, and occasional painting. Skid Steer Work - Previous experience and knowledge is a plus Potential for welding work - Previous experience and knowledge is a plus Requirements Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must have an acceptable MVR and driving record Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire services Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in a physically active environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills Valid driver's license; This position will require the use of company vehicles Previous experience with skid steers and welding is a big plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care! Pay:
