Job Description
Tire & Service Technician Job Summary:
Responsible for performing preventative maintenance services, tire services, and vehicle inspections while delivering quality workmanship and customer service. Ensures vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Operate lifts, tire machines, balancing equipment, and shop tools safely Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and preventative maintenance services Rotate, balance, repair, and install tires on various vehicle types Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, filters, and other vehicle components Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to management Perform various flushes Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines Support team members with general shop duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Basic automotive knowledge Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and safety practices Valid driver's license is a MUST Ability to work independently and as part of a team
