Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, repairs, and replacements efficiently and accurately. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues related to tires, alignment, and overall vehicle health. Utilize hand tools and power tools to service tires and perform basic automotive repairs such as oil changes and mechanical adjustments. Assist with wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and tire longevity. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, recommending services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support dealership or shop maintenance tasks to ensure consistent operational excellence. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, and alignments. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Experience with automotive diagnostics to identify underlying issues affecting tires or vehicle performance. Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes and general repairs is highly desirable.
