Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, repair, rotation and balancing. Your expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely and efficiently, delivering exceptional service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive repair and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Perform tire balancing and rotation to optimize vehicle performance and safety. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues related to tires and suspension systems. Use automotive diagnostics tools to assess tire-related problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Experience Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is preferred. Demonstrated mechanic experience with hands-on work in automotive service environments. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment. Experience performing tire services such as mounting, balancing and rotation. Service technician experience that emphasizes customer interaction and satisfaction. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working on vehicles or handling tires and equipment.
