Duties Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements Mount, dismount, balance, and align tires using specialized hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal vehicle performance Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake checks, and wheel alignments to support overall vehicle health Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires and suspension systems, providing accurate assessments Assist customers with tire sales, explaining options and recommending solutions based on their driving needs Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires of various sizes during installation or removal Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on tire service and vehicle maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including diagnostics and repairs Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Familiarity with alignment procedures and automotive diagnostics software is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior service technician experience is highly desirable; dealership experience is a plus Basic understanding of automotive sales processes related to tire and maintenance services Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
