Duties Conduct tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently at customer sites using hand tools and power tools. Perform vehicle inspections to identify issues related to tires, alignment, brakes, and general automotive health. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and vehicle fluid checks to ensure optimal performance. Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify mechanical problems and recommend appropriate repairs or services. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive service experience. Maintain accurate records of all services performed, parts used, and vehicle details for each job. Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. Hands-on experience with tire service, alignment procedures, oil changes, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment required for efficient repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with experience in automotive diagnostics and general vehicle repair. Prior service technician experience is preferred; familiarity with dealership standards is a plus.
