Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Alignment Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments and related vehicle adjustments to ensure optimal handling, safety, and performance. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle maintenance. Duties Conduct accurate wheel alignments using specialized equipment and hand tools to meet manufacturer specifications Inspect vehicles for suspension, steering, and chassis issues that may affect alignment quality Utilize power tools and automotive repair techniques to adjust camber, caster, toe, and other alignment angles Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, balancing, and brake inspections as needed Lift heavy components safely during repairs or adjustments, adhering to safety protocols Document all work performed meticulously in service records and communicate findings clearly to Service Advisor Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair or maintenance Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Experience with vehicle alignment procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail Prior mechanic experience or automotive service background is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to vehicle diagnostics Join our team and become part of a vibrant environment dedicated to precision, quality, and customer satisfaction.
