Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) PTO Paid Holidays Employee Discounts on Products & Services Work/Life Balance Overtime Pay Responsibilities Install and maintain tires on cars, trucks, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires according to manufacturer specifications and shop procedures Perform basic tire services, such as puncture repairs, valve replacements, and tire pressure assessments Follow safety protocols and comply with OSHA and company standards, including wearing protective gear and handling equipment and tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working order Communicate vehicle and vehicle repair information to other service employees as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must possess the ability to lift up to 135 pounds occasionally The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
