Tire shop worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing tire services and maintaining vehicle safety and performance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical skills and excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and replacements
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove and install tires
• Conduct wheel alignments to ensure proper tire wear and vehicle handling
• Inspect tires for damage, tread wear, and inflation levels
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tire-related issues
• Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Technician or Tire Technician preferred
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
