What the Job Looks Like As a Mobile Wheel Tech, you are the face of our brand. Once trained and certified through our in-house program (proprietary skills certification, not a state/national license), your day-to-day will include: The Craft:
Restoring alloy wheels on-site using specialized tools to grind, "plane" metal back to factory curves, and apply precision paint and clear coats. The Eye:
Deep-cleaning wheels to identify damage, hairline cracks, or bends that others overlook. Logistics & Safety:
Safely jacking high-end vehicles, documenting repairs in our mobile apps, and coordinating shop deliveries for structural repairs. Stewardship:
Maintaining a spotless mobile rig and leaving every client's driveway or dealership lot 100% free of debris and masking materials. Compensation & Clear Career Progression We believe in paying for precision. We offer a transparent, merit-based career path: Level 1 (Mentorship Phase): $16.00•$18.00/hr. (Typically lasts 6-12 months as you master prep, masking, wheel detailing, and the rhythm of the route under a senior mentor). Note:
experienced auto painters/body tech applicants may qualify for higher starting rates. Level 2 (Rim Recon Certified Tech): $19.00•$24.00/hr + Performance Bonuses. (Earned once you have a proven track record, typically within 1 year, of running a route solo while maintaining our elite safety and site stewardship standards). The "Master's Touch" Tier:
$55,000•$70,000+ per year. (For top-tier, efficient technicians managing high-volume accounts and client relations). Advanced Growth Tracks:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, crouch and sit on the ground next to the wheels, and work outdoors in the Texas elements (heat and cold snaps). Attention to Detail:
