Tire Technician Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for automotive service. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire services, vehicle maintenance, and assisting customers with their automotive needs. Your expertise in automotive repair and diagnostics will be essential in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and services. Diagnose automotive issues using your mechanical knowledge and provide solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Assist with heavy lifting of tires and other automotive components as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service area. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology. Qualifications Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes is highly desirable. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience as a service technician is an advantage, along with sales skills related to tire services. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
