A technician must have a comprehensive knowledge of tire related machines, tools, and equipment including their functions and maintenance procedures. A valid Texas driver's license is required. Respond to roadside service calls and provide tire repair and replacement services for commercial vehicles. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on commercial tires to ensure optimal performance and safety. Diagnose and repair tire-related issues, including punctures, leaks, and tread damage. Mount, balance, and install tires on commercial vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment. Maintain accurate records of all services performed and communicate with the dispatch team and customers. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures at all times. Keep the service vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
