Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct truck inspections to identify tire wear issues and other mechanical concerns Assist with wheel alignments and brake services to optimize vehicle safety and performance Use hand tools and power tools safely to remove, install, and service tires and related components Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance services to support overall vehicle health Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly Assist in sales of tires, accessories, and maintenance packages to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred; strong mechanic skills are a plus Knowledge of truck diagnostics, mechanical systems, and truck/diesel maintenance practices Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and trucking/diesel service equipment Experience with tire service including mounting, balancing, and repairs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service skills Service technician experience or related automotive certifications are advantageous Join us in delivering top-tier trucking/diesel care!
