Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and experienced Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing wheel alignments, diagnosing suspension and steering issues, and installing lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, and other suspension components. Candidates must have their own tools and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We operate multiple locations throughout El Paso, and team members must be willing to work at different locations as business needs require. Responsibilities Perform wheel alignments on cars, trucks, and SUVs. Diagnose and repair suspension and steering systems. Install lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, shocks, struts, ball joints, tie rods, and related components. Perform tire installations, balancing, and repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Travel between company locations as needed. Qualifications Alignment and suspension experience required. Experience with lift kits and aftermarket suspension components preferred. Must have your own tools. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
