Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. This energetic position involves performing tire services, vehicle maintenance, and basic tire repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Duties Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Perform wheel alignments and balance tires to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as brake inspections, and fluid top-offs Diagnose basic tire issues using tools and mechanical knowledge Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance recommendations, and service procedures to enhance their experience Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times Support other automotive service tasks as needed, including vehicle inspections and minor repairs Qualifications Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, alignments, tire service, and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience in customer service within an automotive setting is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or repairs Basic understanding of automotive service processes and maintenance schedules Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier automotive care!
