In this role, you will provide emergency roadside tire service and maintenance for commercial trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Respond to roadside service calls in a timely and professional manner. Repair, replace, and service commercial truck and trailer tires. Perform tire inspections and diagnose tire-related issues. Mount, dismount, and balance commercial tires. Operate company service vehicles and maintain tools and equipment. Complete service reports and work orders accurately. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and fleet customers. Participate in an on-call rotation as required. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and emergency call-outs. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Mechanical experience is required. Commercial tire experience is a plus. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
