Alignment Technician

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Truck Alignment Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing heavy-duty truck alignments, suspension diagnostics, and related mechanical work on commercial vehicles. If you have experience working on semi-trucks, trailers, or heavy-duty equipment and take pride in precision work, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform commercial truck and trailer alignments (tractor & trailer) Diagnose suspension, steering, and alignment issues Inspect components including bushings, kingpins, tie rods, and torque arms Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure proper alignment Work with alignment machines and tools (Hunter or similar systems preferred) Communicate findings clearly with service team and customers Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with other shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with heavy-duty truck alignments preferred Strong mechanical background (diesel or commercial vehicle experience a plus) Ability to diagnose suspension and steering issues Experience with alignment equipment (Hunter, Bee Line, etc.) is a plus Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a shop environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
