Store Manager Position Summary The Tire Technician is responsible for installing tires and wheels, performing wheel alignments, and supporting daily shop operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring customers receive safe, reliable service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hands-on team member who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Tire & Wheel Installation Mount, balance, and install tires and wheels Perform wheel alignments using shop equipment Inspect tires, wheels, and vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards Assist with test drives when necessary Shop Operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Follow company safety procedures and service standards Assist other team members when needed to support daily operations Properly maintain tools and equipment Customer Support Provide professional and courteous service to customers Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently Support the team in delivering a positive customer experience Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience mounting and balancing tires required Experience performing wheel alignments preferred Strong mechanical ability and comfort working with tools Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in a team environment Valid drivers license required Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 100 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Professional appearance and strong work ethic required Flexible schedule required Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Company-paid certification (TIA Certification) On-the-job training with industry equipment Health Insurance Paid Vacation and Paid Sick Time Closed on Sundays and major holidays Employee discounts on tires, wheels, and services Career growth opportunities with promotion from within Equal Opportunity Statement RNR Tire Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
