Operate retreading machinery and power tools to prepare, buff, and apply new tread layers on used tires Inspect tires thoroughly for damage, wear, and structural integrity to determine retreadability Perform tire repairs, including patching, vulcanizing, and sealing to ensure safety and durability Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, always adhering to safety protocols Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Join us in delivering top-tier tire retreading services that promote sustainability while honing your skills in Tire Retreading. Hiring Requirements, US citizen or permanent resident Prior experience or tire repair background preferred; familiarity with commercial tires diagnostics is a plus, Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools required Experience in tire service or as a service technician is highly desirable but not required. Ability to lift heavy tires safely with mechanical assistance and perform physical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed Basic knowledge of tire repair processes combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards. Age from 24 to 40 years old. Ability to lift, move, and handle tires weighing 50-150 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance. Experience in tire retreading or manufacturing is a plus but not required. Must be able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
