Hiring Requirements, US citizen or permanent resident Prior experience or tire repair background preferred; familiarity with commercial tires diagnostics is a plus, Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools required Experience in tire service or as a service technician is highly desirable but not required. Ability to lift heavy tires safely with mechanical assistance and perform physical tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed Basic knowledge of tire repair processes combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards. Age from 24 to 40 years old. Ability to lift, move, and handle tires weighing 50-150 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance. Experience in tire retreading or manufacturing is a plus but not required. Must be able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
