Job Responsibilities:
Change, balance, rotate, and repair LT and passenger tires. Work on a wide variety of tires including: Semi truck tires Light truck (LT) tires Passenger tires Implement and agricultural tires Industrial tires Small mining tires Safely and efficiently operate a service truck. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers through excellent service and communication. Follow company safety procedures and maintain professional standards at all times.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay based on experience, skill level, and ability.
Seasonal premium pay structure:
January-April:
Base pay
May-December:
Additional $3.00/hour premium during busy season Overtime opportunities available. Annual bonus each year. Opportunities for advancement and skill development.
