Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Tire Technician / Lead Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. As a lead technician, you will also mentor junior team members, oversee quality control, and support overall shop operations. Duties Install, repair, and replace tires on various vehicle types with precision and efficiency Perform wheel alignments, balancing, and rotation services to optimize vehicle handling Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as basic mechanical inspections Diagnose tire-related issues using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and service tasks. Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized work environment while adhering to safety standards Mentor junior technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence Experience Previous automotive repair background preferred Familiarity with tire service equipment, alignment machines, and hand/power tools Experience in automotive service or as a service technician is highly desirable Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and general repairs Customer service experience demonstrating effective communication skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or repairs Join our team to become a vital part of an energetic automotive environment where your mechanical expertise drives success!
