We're building a strong team and looking for motivated technicians ready to grow. What You'll Do A Full-Time Tire Technician at RTP performs the following duties, including but not limitied to: Install, repair, rotate, and balance tires Perform flat repairs and inspections Oil changes, batteries, and basic maintenance TPMS service (relearns, replacements) Keep shop clean, safe, and efficient Support team and deliver excellent customer service Assist with mobile/roadside service as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license Reliable, hardworking, team-oriented Able to lift 35-75 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop Experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Pay (DOE) Tire Technician starting pay $20 Tire & Lube Technician starting pay $23 Lead Technician (light mechanical) starting pay $25 Benefits & Perks Weekly pay Quarterly bonuses Employee discount program Paid training & career growth PTO/Vacation Brand-new shop & equipment Schedule Full-Time (35+ hrs/week) Monday - Saturday during regular business hours Apply Today Be part of building a new shop from the ground up.
