We're seeking a full-time Tire Tech/Mechanic to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. You will be responsible for inspections, repair, and replacement of tires and wheels as well as some mechanic duties. This is an onsite, Monday through Friday position working 7am-3:30pm . $28-$32/hourBenefits:

This position is responsible for the inspections, maintenance, repair and replacement of tires and wheels on all company equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. This position is also responsible for conducting inspections and performing brake, electrical wiring, and suspension work on all trucks and trailers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Dismount and mount commercial tires using appropriate tools and safety procedures. Rotate tires to ensure even wear and extend tire lifespan. Repair flat tires on a wide range of commercial equipment. Conduct thorough tire inspections, including tread depth and overall condition assessments. Perform bump and damage checks to identify safety concerns. Provide recommendations for tire and wheel repair or replacement based on wear and safety standards. Respond to service calls. Perform annual inspections on trucks and trailers to ensure compliance and safety standards. Diagnose, repair, and replace brake components including drums, pads, shoes, and hardware. Replace wheel seals and address hub and bearing issues. Inspect and replace suspension components such as shocks, airbags, and replated parts. Repair or replace trailer decking to maintain structural integrity. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical wiring systems on trucks and trailers. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before failure. Assists with light building and ground maintenance; and assist with the cleaning and organization of the shop. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Treat all with courtesy and respect. Evaluate and implement appropriate safety practices in all aspects of a job. Protect equipment, drivers, and the public through careful examination and work performed. Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
One to three years' experience with commercial tire work preferred. One to three years related mechanic experience and/or training preferred. Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License. Must adhere to always required safety regulations. Must have and maintain proficiency in use of hand tools needed for repair and maintenance of equipment.About Us:
