Job Description Elite Tire Center is looking for a full-time Tire Technician to join our team located in Yakima, WA.

Job Duties:

Perform tire dismount mount and balance, flat repairs tire rotations

BRAKES, SHOCKS, BALL JOINTS, TIE RODS, RACK AND PINIONS, LEAF SPRINGS, HUB ASSEMBLIES AND SUSPENSION EVALUTAIONS INSPECTIONS AND REMOVE AND REPLACE.

Provide customer service to ensure that all their needs are met including helping them understand their vehicle issues Perform routine inspections of tires to determine needed work and answer any questions they have in regards to their tires

ADDITIONAL DUTIES PERIODICALLY

replacement of Valve Cover Gaskets, Starters, Small Mechanical Jobs, Belts and Hose replacements, Tune-Ups, primarily scheduled and preventative maintenance etc.... Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management Provides helpful, friendly and responsive customer service while providing accurate and informative product, warranty, all-inclusive pricing, automotive tire and wheel related information and recommendations to customers. Willingness to grow skillset, follow work processes with a positive teamwork attitude.

Requirements:

Must Have Formal Work Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. A valid driver's license is required. A clean driving record is required. At least one year of tire service experience. A good driving record is required. Ability to lift at least 60 pounds. Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Experience in automotive suspension and brake repairs.
