Twin Cities Metro Area / Mobile Route Position Job Description One Way Wheel Repair is looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Wheel Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position involves traveling to dealerships and automotive shops to repair curb rash and cosmetic wheel damage on-site using our fully equipped 18-foot mobile shop. No extensive experience is required — training is provided. If you have basic automotive, auto body, detailing, paint, or mechanical skills and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity. Responsibilities Travel to dealerships and repair locations throughout the metro area Repair curb rash and cosmetic wheel damage on-site Operate company truck and tow fully equipped 18-foot mobile shop Prepare, sand, refinish, and paint wheels Maintain clean and professional work environment Communicate professionally with dealership staff and customers Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable towing an 18-foot mobile shop Basic auto body, paint, detailing, or mechanical experience preferred Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to lift equipment and work in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail Compensation & Benefits 30% commission or $20 hour guaranteed — whichever is greater Paid training provided Company truck and equipment supplied Flexible and independent work environment Opportunity for advancement as the company grows Consistent dealership and shop clientele Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in: Auto body repair Vehicle detailing Paint/refinishing Mechanical work Mobile service work If you enjoy working independently, driving to different locations, and taking pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
