PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION

Mounting, Dismounting and balancing tires. Inspection and repair of tires.

QUALIFICATIONS

18 Years or older Must possess a positive work attitude and good work ethic Must be able to function well as a team member in a physically demanding environment. Must pass pre-employment drug scree Tire Technicians at Tire Rama perform the following duties, but not limited to: Remove and re-install lug nuts on all types of vehicles according to company policy using proper torque procedures. Dismount, mount and balance new and used tires. Perform maintenance on tires such as rotation, inspection and flat repairs according to GMA guildlines. Participate in all required training, follow safety procedures and company policies. Perform maintenance on vehicles such as lube, oil and filter change, fluid checks, filter replacement, safety inspections and other basic repairs. Responsible for cleanliness of shop, warehouse and outside grounds, employee restrooms and breakroom. Unload tire shipments and keep tire warehouse properly organized and free of clutter.
