We are seeking an RF Technician I to join our team. As an RF Technician I, you will play a crucial role in installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment on communication towers. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development within the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Learn to climb and work on communications towers safely. Utilize tools and materials effectively to execute tasks within specifications. Acknowledge and mitigate hazards associated with tower climbing and construction. Demonstrate site safety awareness and adherence to protocols. Execute tasks according to method of procedure. Troubleshoot and report equipment performance issues. Maintain professionalism when collaborating with team members and supervisors. Willingness to travel overnight and work in adverse weather conditions.Qualifications:
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with heights and physical tasks such as climbing towers, squatting, bending, and lifting (up to 50lbs). Possession of a current valid Driver's License or CDL is advantageous. Minimum age of 18 years. Excellent listening skills and a willingness to learn. Successful completion of pre-employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening. Local to market.What We Offer:
