Investment Compensation:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour 5-Week Project Assignment - Project Scheduled Through July 17, 2026 Opportunity to work with an established telecommunications infrastructure team Hands-on leadership role supporting wireless network deployment projects Fast-paced, team-oriented environment What You'll Do Lead and support daily tower crew activities Install, replace, and repair telecommunications equipment on wireless towers Ensure all work is completed safely and according to project specifications Communicate project progress and site conditions to supervisors Assist with site logistics and daily field operations Help train and mentor less experienced team members Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions Maintain compliance with all company and customer safety requirements Support transportation of crew members to and from project sites as needed What We're Looking For 3-5 years of wireless telecommunications tower experience Previous experience leading or directing field crews Strong understanding of tower installation, maintenance, and wireless infrastructure projects T-Mobile project experience strongly preferred Ability to read and follow project instructions and safety requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 80 pounds Ability to work extended shifts ranging from 8-14 hours as project demands require Comfortable working in physically demanding environments involving climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined positions Ability to climb telecommunications towers and ladder systems up to 300 feet, wear a full-body fall protection harness for extended periods and safely operate various equipment and machinery when required
