: 2-5+ years' local industry experience upgrading 5G cell sites, building NSBs, FRP, tower, rooftop, and raw land Cx in Socal managing A&L, to-end Cx, safety, quality, and leading an Apprentice. Physical Requirements of Position:

• Ability to push, pull, lift over 50 lbs. as well as bend, lift hands over head
• Climb an outdoor tower with a 25 lbs. tool bag in all types of weather
• OSHA safe weight requirements for safety harness (up to 280 lbs.)
• Perform technical scopes of work with industry tool standards per client specifications while standing for prolonged periods of time on ground or up on a tower.

Technical Requirements of Position:

• Knowledge and experience of major carrier sites including LTE, NSB, Electrical, Civil, DAS, and Small Cell
• Work as part of a team with professional interpersonal relationships/communication
• Installation of RF and antenna system components such as BTS, RRU's, antennas, coax/fiber, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, etc.
• Identify essential materials and tools to conduct the scope of work according to client and industry method of procedures.
• Ability to operate tools of the trade (hand and power tools and test gear)
• Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines
• Read, implement, and redline RFDS and site CDs
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA), promote team safety and proper PPE with risk mitigation
• Computer skills (working knowledge of MS excel and outlook for Foreman and Top-Hands)
• Must be able to work at various heights

Certifications:

• OSHA 30 preferred or OSHA 10
• RF Awareness
• CPR/First Aid
• Bloodborne Pathogens
• HAZCOM
• Confined Space
• Scaffold
• Manlift/Aerial Platform
• Competent Climber & Rescue
• NWSA certified is a plus
