Entry Level Tower Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Field Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll assist in the installation, maintenance, and inspection of meteorological towers in various outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain tools and equipment ahead of deployment Travel to remote job sites (overnight trips required) Assist with the construction and maintenance of meteorological towers Operate and maintain hand and power tools Provide support and assistance as needed Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Communicate effectively with management and crew members. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus but not required
