This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating crew activities, and delivering high-quality work in accordance with customer and company standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily field operations for tower crews. Coordinate project execution, schedules, materials, and equipment with Operations Management. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Oversee tower installations, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related telecom construction activities. Conduct daily safety briefings, JSAs, and ensure compliance with OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements. Train and mentor technicians on field procedures, installation practices, and safety protocols. Complete required documentation, reporting, closeouts, and customer deliverables. Maintain accountability for company vehicles, tools, materials, and equipment assigned to the crew. Troubleshoot field issues and escalate operational concerns as needed. Qualifications Prior experience leading telecommunications tower crews required. Strong understanding of tower construction, rigging, RF equipment, grounding, and installation practices. Ability to climb towers and work at elevated heights in varying weather conditions. OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, and tower rescue certifications preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends as needed. $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
