Tower Technician

Tower Technician - Bluewave Communications Upstate NY & South Florida Bluewave Communications is looking for motivated Tower Technicians to join our growing team. We work across all major carriers on maintenance, upgrades, and full build projects. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Climb and work on communication towers (antennas, RRUs, lines, mounts) Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance scopes Perform rigging, hoisting, and equipment handling safely Follow all safety and carrier standards at all times Complete daily reports, photos, and closeout documentation Work as part of a crew under Foreman direction Requirements Prior tower experience preferred (entry-level considered with training) Comfortable working at heights Basic rigging knowledge (preferred) Strong work ethic and ability to travel Valid driver's license OSHA 10/30 and NWSA certifications are a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Steady work with growth opportunities Hands-on training and advancement potential Why Bluewave Work across AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks Strong backlog of projects and consistent work Opportunity to grow into Foreman roles How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed or end your resume/work history to: zach@bluewavecomm.com
