Tower Climber

Job Summary Midstate C&E supports a wide range of communications infrastructure projects. While we do partner with major cellular carriers, approximately 50% of our work serves state and localemergency services, which requires us to pay prevailing wage rates on those projects. Our crews also perform extensive microwave, VHF/UHF, and stick‑antenna system work. Position Requirements Valid, clean driver's license Pre-employment drug testing, with random testing throughout employment Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel as needed Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications (not required): OSHA 10 or

OSHA 30 NWSA
