Job Description

Location:
Multiple Locations | Travel Required We are hiring experienced Small Cell Installers, Tower Hands, and Foremen to support wireless infrastructure deployments. Responsibilities include installing antennas, radios, fiber and power cabling, operating bucket trucks, climbing structures, leading crews, performing site integrations, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience with small cell, wireless, telecom, tower, or utility construction projects Tower climbing and rigging experience preferred Bucket truck/aerial lift experience Ability to read construction drawings and lead field crews (Foreman level) Fiber, power, grounding, and equipment installation experience OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, RF Awareness preferred Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel Join a growing wireless infrastructure team supporting nationwide 4G/5G deployments.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
