About the Role As a Tower Technician II on our construction team, you'll work alongside experienced industry professionals to perform telecom installations, maintenance, and equipment repairs. This position is based out of Oklahoma, but may involve nationwide travel at times. Forge25 provides the training, certifications, and hands-on experience to help you succeed. Responsibilities Assist in the construction, installation, and modification of telecommunications towers and related structures. Safely climb and work on towers at elevated heights in various weather conditions. Assemble and install tower components, antennas, mounts, and transmission lines according to specifications. Use hand and power tools to complete construction and rigging tasks efficiently and safely. Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites. Adhere to all company and industry safety standards, including fall protection and RF awareness. Support crew leads and foremen in completing projects on time and within quality standards. Perform site clean-up and ensure work areas are maintained in a safe, organized manner. Accurately complete required reports, logs, and documentation for each project. Participate in ongoing safety and technical training provided by the company. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in the telecommunications or tower industry (1-2 years). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness and ability to travel (100%). Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 Certification. Authorized/Competent Climber & Rescuer Certification.
