Hiring crew foremen, superintendants, and field crews. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cooling Tower technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of cooling tower systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. This role requires a strong background in HVAC/cooling tower field service, and mechanical skills. As a cooling tower technician, you will work in various environments, often requiring travel to different sites. Crews currently working 40-60+ hours a week, with many opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities Cooling tower crew to install, repair, replace and service cooling towers. Replacing fill material, coatings, structural components, drive assemblies, gear reducers, alignment, etc. Experience Proven experience in cooling tower systems and related mechanical fields is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for all driving duties.
