https://forms.office.com/r/9iFZ5uSKkK Highpoint Industries is seeking an experienced Tower Crew Foreman to lead field crews on telecom construction projects in and around the state of Texas. This position is responsible for daily field execution, safety, production, crew leadership, documentation, customer coordination, and quality control. The Telecom Foreman must be able to lead tower, civil, carrier upgrade, electrical support, grounding, closeout, and site development activities while maintaining Highpoint's safety and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily field operations for telecom construction projects. Supervise Top Hands, Techs, subcontractors, and other field personnel. Review job scope, drawings, closeout requirements, safety requirements, and customer specifications before work begins. Conduct daily JHAs, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site hazard assessments. Ensure crew members are using proper PPE, fall protection, rigging, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with PMs, customers, vendors, inspectors, and leadership as needed. Track daily production, delays, materials, photos, and field notes. Ensure required project photos and documentation are completed accurately. Verify work is completed according to customer specifications and industry standards. Manage material needs, equipment needs, and field logistics. Identify and communicate change order opportunities or scope gaps. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Train and mentor Top Hands and Technicians. Stop work when unsafe conditions exist. Required Qualifications Prior telecom construction experience required. Prior crew leadership or Foreman experience required. Working knowledge of telecom site construction, tower work, carrier upgrades, grounding, cabling, mounts, closeout, and field safety. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, RFDS, CDs, closeout requirements, and customer specifications. Strong understanding of fall protection, rigging, hazard recognition, and jobsite safety. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Ability to travel locally throughout DFW. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb, work at heights, and work outdoors in Texas weather. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30. First Aid/CPR. Prior Competent Climber/Rescuer NWSA TTT-1 or TTT-2. Rigging experience. Prior MEWP Operator certification. Prior experience with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Dish, or major tower owner sites. Tower stacking experience. Experience completing closeout packages and field documentation. Success Measures Jobs completed safely and on schedule. Accurate daily documentation and photo capture. Minimal rework. Strong crew productivity. Positive customer and PM feedback. Compliance with Highpoint safety expectations
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
